Hello Everyone!
Some BIG changes are happening for Always a Gringa - this Gringa is moving to Kansas City. At the beginning of last month, B was offered a new position in Kansas City, MO. After some thought and discussion, we decided to accept the position and make the move back to the Midwest.
A few weeks ago we traveled to KC to check out the area, lock down a place to live temporarily and attend some interviews. Everything went great, we found a place to live downtown and I found a job teaching high school ELL students for the upcoming school year.
B will start his new position the first week of April which means we will be moving at the end of the month, AKA next week! EEK! I will miss Mexico and all of the friends I have made this past year and a half - but my love affair with Mexico is far from being over. We have lots of plans brewing for future travel adventures south of the border.
While we get settled into our new home and I eagerly anticipate my return to Latin America I will continue to blog at Always a Gringa. We still have loads of travels to share and catch you up on! You can expect to see adventures from our time in Oaxaca, Bernal, Tequisquiapan, Hidalgo, Isle Mujeres, Akumal and Zacatecas coming your way in the next few months.
